Paul W. Linehan
His thirty-six years of experience in land design, land planning and landscape architecture, with involvement in varying aspects of over 1700 land-oriented projects, has given him vast public speaking experience, including addressing the City Council, Planning Commission, County Commissioners and other local government entities that necessitate spontaneous responses to inquiries. Additionally, Mr. Linehan was a lecturer for two years at The University of Texas in site design to undergraduate and graduate students.
Mr. Linehan has managed numerous project teams including legal counsel, engineers, and architects. His development consulting experience covers multiple land uses including single family subdivisions, multifamily apartment communities, office developments, retail centers, recreational and park developments, industrial parks, landfills and educational institutions. His experience also covers landscape themes, signage and entryways.
Mr. Linehan has vast experience in management and preparation of feasibility studies and site analyses as well as experience providing support in gaining property rezoning, variances, waivers and conditional use permits.
As overseer of multiple Austin Community College projects, including site selection of both the Northridge and Cypress Creek Campuses, he designed the site plans and coordinated the approval process on both the Riverside and Northridge Campuses. As a trustee, he served as the Facilities Committee Chair. Mr. Linehan has designed and implemented multiple landscape architecture projects, most recently the Williamson County Regional Park and TechRidge Center, CTRMA 183A Regional Trail (including alignment analysis along all of Hwy 183A), and Development Analysis along SH-130 and SH-45.
Paul has orchestrated multiple jurisdictions in the decision making process, including Williamson County Park, an 800 acre regional park master plan, as well as overall master plans in Pflugerville, Hutto and Austin. Additionally, Mr. Linehan has served as an expert witness for the United States Government, the State of Texas and the private sector.
